6:30am - 7:30am — Teams arrive at scheduled times

7:30am — Teams line up for opening ceremonies & gates open to the public

8:00am - 8:30am — Opening ceremonies

9:00am - 2:20pm — Games

2:20pm - 3:00pm — Break & entertainment: Nathan Nickerson, Magician

3:00pm - 7:00pm — Games

7:00pm - 7:40pm — Break & entertainment: Harry and the Potters

7:40pm - 10:20pm — Games

11:00pm — Gates close

SUNDAY, APRIL 14, 2013

6:30am - 7:00am — Teams arrive at scheduled times

7:30am — Gates open to the public

8:00am - 11:00am — Games

11:00am — Break & entertainment: Team Starkid

12:00pm — Games resume

1:20pm — Semi-finals begin

3:20pm — World Cup championship

4:00pm — Closing ceremonies

6:00pm — Gates close

6:30pm - 7:30pm — After party ticket holders who have purchased transportation and have an orange transportation wrist band are transported by bus from hotel to the after party location

7:00pm - 11:00pm — After party

KIDDITCH PITCH HOURS (for kids of all ages)

Saturday — 10:00am - 7:00pm

Sunday — 9:00am - 1:30pm

Kids may show up and play with brooms and balls and learn about the game from volunteers.

There will be scheduled games at:

Saturday — 11:00am, 1:00pm, and 5:00pm

Sunday — 10:00am

Kids interested in playing in a scheduled game should go sign-up at the kidditch field upon arriving on-site.
